A short conversation, a quick pull of an Oracle, Tarot, or Angel card, and a reading channeled from Spirit for guidance, direction, or discovery.
This session is approximately 30 minutes.
In this session, we will identify an area where you feel you need additional support from crystal energy through a technique called a body scan — I guide you through a meditation and you identify where you need support energetically. By proxy, using specific crystals , I will offer the placement and guidance of the crystal energy to help you unlock healing. I also consult on crystal grids for longer term support.
This session is usually scheduled for 90 minutes.

These sessions are usually 60 minutes.
This program includes 3 one to one coaching sessions, intuitive card readings, crystal energy guidance, and the development of a framework for your infinite healing work. This framework will be captured in your own personalized workbook to help you continue moving forward at the end of your sessions.
Each session is 90 minutes. (Follow up sessions are discounted.)
