Jay Rae is a Certified Holistic Life Coach, a Certified Card Reader, and a Certified Crystal Energy Guide. He has been guiding others professionally for the past few years — and unofficially his entire life.

The techniques and spiritual practices Jay offers his clients are those he utilizes in his own healing work. Every offering is an invitation and clients are always allowed their own agency. The goal with every client is to help them find their own path forward.

Jay wants others to re/member (re-attach, re-commit, re-connect) their inner curiosity while practicing healing work. He believes when we shift our focus and our perspective when looking at where we are today vs where we want to be emotionally/spiritually/mentally through the eyes of curiosity, we open ourselves to bigger and better possibilities for creating the future we desire.
